"Upon receiving this, the first bag of my subscription, I was elated & took it straight out of the mailbox and carried it to work with me, where I had told a friend/coworker about Hoboken Coffee Roasters just a week prior. So naturally we used our morning break to brew up a French press to share and it did Not disappoint! The beans themselves have an almost Cherry Pie smell to them!!! Yum! Once brewed more fantastic, somehow berry, sweet notes come in to play with a warm happy depth to each sip. I've used this single origin roast in a few ways (ie: press, pour over, long shots w/steamed out milk & honey) and it's simply divine no matter which way you pour it. Over all, Excellent! Looking forward to finishing off this bag & to what is next in my subscription! Thanks Hoboken Family! Xoxo, -Beth"
